Returns
Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase! , please e-mail returns@4itgirls.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Please return it to us, using special delivery postage within 7 working days, making sure it is unworn and in it's gift box or original packaging. On receipt we will exchange it for you or issue a refund. We are very sorry but for health and hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange for pierced earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Faulty or wrong item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Deliveries
Payment for goods must be received before an order is dispatched.
On receipt of your order you will be emailed to let you know as to availability of the item, should we be sold out you will get an immediate refund.
You may select one of the following two delivery methods at the final billing page:
- Europe Delivery - 4 - 7 working days - cost £7.95. Europe delivery includes Ireland.
- Next Working Day* - cost £4.95. Next Working Day - Available Monday to Thursday, except bank holidays(UK Only)
Before placing your order, please note:
- If you place your order before 3.00pm on Monday to Thursday it will be dispatched within 3 days by Special Delivery, to arrive the following day between 9am-5pm.
- Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB 31, 33 - 38, 44, 45, 51-56, BT, IM, JE, GY
