THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM

As an online retailer, we want our customers to have an enjoyable experience when buying goods on our website. We give up to date information to help assist customers with any questions that might arise. We believe that if a customer has a problem the most important thing is to resolve it quickly and efficiently.  You will find regular updates on our customer service notice board on our homepage which will inform you of any delivery updates, updates on stock when new stock is arriving etc.

We find that the most effective way of achieving this is by providing a commitment to reply to your emails promptly during our office hours 10-6pm Monday to Friday.  We aim to reply to your emails within 48 hours. But if you would like a quick answer please use our online chat assistance where an advisor will be able to help.
