    • We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and solo.

    • Security is very important at 4itgirls and our site contains software to ensure your information is always safe.  Our site has an approved SSL certificate to ensure your information is secure.  We use 3D secure which is improved by the bank, which will require your secret password this will ensure that only you can place an order at 4itgirls xx

  • Q. What currencies do you accept?
    • 4itgirls.com currently only presents in Pound Sterling.  However we do accept payments from abroad but you will have to work out the current exchange rate.

  • Q. When will I be charged for my order?
    • If your card has been authorized, payment will be taken within 24 hours.  You will receive an email confirming your order has been successful.

  • Q. Where do you deliver to?
    • We currently deliver to the following:

      UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia.

  • Q. What delivery Services do you provide?
    • We currently provide two delivery services within the UK. 

      A Small Jewellery Item Service which takes 2-3 days and will be sent by Royal Mail. This is for the following small items only:  earrings, ring, necklace, hair accessory, keyring, or purse.

      The second option is Next Day delivery service which cost £4.95, where you will receive your item(s) the next day between 9am and 6pm, providing the order is placed before 3.30pm.

  • Q. How much does postage and packaging cost?
    • Small Jewellery Packet - £2.50

      UK next day delivery - £4.95

      Europe - £7.50

      USA - £12.95

  • Q. Do I need to sign for my delivery?
    • Yes, deliveries will require a signature on receipt.  If there is no-one available to sign a calling card will be left and you can re-arrange delivery for a suitable time.  Please note Interlink will attempt three to to deliver your parcel, before returning it back to us and you will be charged delivery again to re-send the parcel.  Our courier service will send you an email confirming a delivery date and time (this for our UK next day service only).

  • Q. Which carrier to you use?
    • For next day delivery service we use Interlink Express.

      For all other delivery services we use Royal Mail.

  • Q. Do I need to sign up in order to shop?
    • Yes, setting up an account makes it easier for us and for you.  It will allow you to order without having to fill out your details every time you shop with us.  You will also receive some benefits such as regular newsletters and better exclusive discounts and offers from time to time.

  • Q. How can I change or cancel my order?
    • Please email us at info@4itgirls.com asap if there are any changes to your order. This will all depend on the status of your order.  If your order has already been dispatched then the item(s) will have to be returned once you have received them. If your order has not been dispatched we will do our best to change or cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, we will refund your account in full including your delivery charge.

  • Q. How do I return an item?
    • If you would like to return your item(s), it must be in the original condition with our returns form and within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.  If you do not have returns form/invoice please attach your contact details and the date you originally purchased your item(s).  Once the return leaves you it is your responsibility before it gets to us, we suggest using Recorded delivery service.

  • Q. What do I do if I receive the wrong item?
    • In the unlikey event that you receive the incorrect item please forgive us! Please contact us via email at info@4itgirls.com and we can get the correct item sent to you.

  • Q. How do I know if you have received my return?
    • As soon as we receive your return we will email you to inform you. Remember to follow our returns policy carefully and to keep the receipt from the Post Office as proof of postage.

      If we have not got back to you within 10 days for your return please contact us via email.

  • Q. When will I receive my refund?
    • We will process your refund within 10 days of receiving your returned item(s). We will send you an email to inform you that your refund has been issued.

      Depending on who you bank with please allow 2-5 days for the refund to show in your account.

  • Q. How come you have not refunded my original delivery charge?
    • We are sorry but we cannot refund your initial delivery charge unless the item you have received is faulty or incorrect. However if you choose to exchange your item we will send the new item out free of charge.

  • Q. When will the sold out hoodies be back in stock?
    • Unfortunately we will not be getting the Famous Itgirl Sweet Enough Hoodies back into stock! We will have new designs available before Christmas, we try and update our itgirl Hoodie collection every season with new designs xx

  • Q. What size hoodie do I buy?
    • The itgirl hoodies to come up fitted so if you prefer a more loose comfy fit then we suggest that you buy a size up from your normal dress size.

    • 4itgirls does not sell replica designer handbags, watches or jewelry.  Items represented are not affiliated with any designer or product they appear similar to.  Any items which is authenticated will be specified.  We simply ask consumers to compare quality and price of the mentioned designers to ours. Any reference to brand names, "inspired by" are made strictly for by prices and style.

  • Q. What will you be adding to the 4itgirl brand?
    • At 4itgirls we are constantly trying to update our brand.  We are to get in new stock including, tracksuits, Vests, leggings, t-shirts etc.  All will be branded with our famous heart and crown logo?

    • Unfortunately we will not be stocking any sunglasses until May 2011.

  • Q. Are you items branded with designer names?
    • We do not sell real or fake designer items! None of our accessory items are branded, they are all in style or similar detail(s) to the original designer.  For example shape, colour, size and embellishments.
